We aim to despatch orders placed before 4.30pm Monday to Friday the same day, subject to stock and payment clearance. Orders placed after 4.30pm Monday to Friday, and orders placed over weekends and bank holidays, will be despatched the next working day, subject to stock and payment clearance
Standard Delivery
With our standard delivery service, you should expect to receive your order within 3-5 days. Goods are sent either by Royal Mail first class post, or by a courier. For your protection, we may require a signature on delivery. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Standard Delivery is £4.99 for all orders within the UK.
Express Delivery
When you upgrade to our express delivery service, your goods will be despatched using an express courier service, subject to stock and payment clearance, so you will receive your goods the next working day (Monday to Friday) if the order is placed before 4.30pm. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however delays are occasionally inevitable, and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. For your protection, we will require a signature on delivery.
Express Delivery is £7.99 for all orders within the UK.
General
• Pre-ordered products: Payment is taken at the time of ordering and not postponed until dispatch. We cannot make exceptions to this. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. Remember to check availabilities carefully if you order more than one item, as orders will be consolidated for despatch.
• If a parcel is returned to us because the courier has been unable to obtain a signature, there may be an additional charge to have your parcel redelivered.
• A valid email address is needed to receive order confirmations and order dispatch info.
• Please note: we do not ship to APO addresses (American Armed Forces)
