Faulty Goods: If the item appears faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement/issue a refund to you. After 28 days, you should refer to our help section for manufacturer�s contact details or as an alternative contact us by filling out our form as there may be alternative instructions from the manufacturer.

After 6 months of receipt of the item we cannot accept faulty goods back, so you will need to contact the manufacturer, please see our help section for more details

Unwanted Goods: Within 7 days these can be returned for a full refund for any reason. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of �5 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater.

 

Postage: All returned items must be sent by recorded post, as we are not responsible goods not-received. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer � there are some exceptions, please email for details.

You should always contact us if you are unsure if you can return an item to us.

Returns must be accompanied by our RMA Returns form for them to be processed. You can download and print this here

We do not hold stock at our office. All orders are dispatched from our high tech warehouse. Therefore we cannot accomodate pick up from our offices or at our warehouses.

 

PSPWorld does not currently have a retail store. We sell online which gives you more convenience and cheaper prices!
